「A really luxury stay. Everything is perfect. The only slightly negative things is the lack of nearby shops and cafes outside the hotel and the great amount of AC-motor noise at the balcony of the apartment (the noise is from the next hotel). 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. The views from the 32nd floor are so wonderful, my kids didn't want to leave. I can't rate the amenities offered like shuttle, pool or fitness center because we didn't use them at all, but you will be charged for it. I gave a 4 star for the check in only because our key didn't work to open the door first time and had to go all the way downstairs to get it fixed.
