Make sure you hire a car or get a knowledgeable taxi driver to take you to Naniki, as it's in a quiet, remote part of the island...which is all part of the appeal! Hospitality from Tom was fantastic.

I visited with my family inclusive of 2 kids under 9 yeara old. I was able to do a couple's spa visit and have their well trained staff look after our kids in the Kids Zone. Reservation staff sorted out meal plan issues efficiently. Service staff sorted out room repairs efficiently too. Only problem I had was the buggy cart staff didn't pick me up in time around checkout and so I had to walk to reception with all my luggage which wasn't good for mobility disability.
