"Shawn was very responsive - any time I had a question or needed help with something at the house, he promptly messaged me. Also, the house was very well stocked. The light switches are tricky but they are well labeled and once we got that figured out, we had not problems. :) Because we were busy with other activities, we didn't get to utilize the outdoor space ... but it is as lovely as the pictures!! "
