Brand new 1,100 sq ft. spacious basement unit in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
Walking distance to Peace Arch Park, World Renowned The Hills at Portal Golf Club and USA Border. Drive 8 minutes to White Rock Beach. Drive 12 minutes to Softball City and Ice Arenas. Drive 18 minutes to Crescent Beach. Drive 32 minutes to YVR Airport, Bellingham Airport or Abbotsford Airport. Drive 40 minutes to Vancouver Downtown. Drive 1.5 hours to Seattle Premium Outlet. Drive 2 hours to Seattle Tacoma Airport.
We emphasize cleanliness and keep this two bedroom unit clean. Bedsheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels are sanitized after each stay. Bathroom has to be like new. Living room has brand new convertible queen daybed. Kitchen has refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, all in one washer and dryer, complimentary coffee. Has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, facial cleanser, Q-tips and slippers.
Parkings are available in front or beside neighbor's and our house . Please note that no parking within six meters of the approach side of a stop sign.
I give my guests space but am available when needed. Self check in/out is available. Feel free to lock my door, text, call when you need me. We are upstairs to help.
We have baby bath tub, high chair, toys and sanitized change pad upon request. One minute's walking distance to the child playgrounds at Dufferin Park and Douglas Elementary.
Close to highway 99, shops, restaurants, grocery stores and everything else. No bus stops within walking distance.

Lovely area
The property could use tea towels, a bath mat and slip proof tub mat. At least two towels and face cloths per person would have been nice as we did stay for a week. We could have asked but felt the towels should have been supplied for our visit. Combination washer and dryer was nice but did not want to use it daily or more than three times a week as towel supply would have been too small a load to put thru. Overall was a good experience and lovely area.

No TV or couch!
This property is in a nice neighborhood close to Whiterock and the US border. The suite is in the lower section of the house so you hear everything that goes on upstairs. The ppl wore their heavy shoes and you constantly had to listen to them clunking around! Very private and the owner did not bother you at all. The suite has no cable, she has a firestick but the TV is not a smart TV so it didn't work in the basement. If you have Netflix account you could sign into that, no TV basically. There is a small futon type couch but very uncomfortable. The kitchen is not stocked properly with everything basic for day to day living. There is no oven only a cook top which doesn't work well takes forever to boil water. The internet does not work well in the basement very slow. Not worth the money to expensive!!!

Adequate for our needs.
The new basement suite provided almost everything that our short stay required. Comfortable bedrooms in a quiet home and neighbourhood. We really missed having a coffee maker, instant coffee just doesn’t cut it! Other nice to haves for us would have been clock radios in the bedrooms and a bath mat. Also missing were a few dish washing supplies like dish cloth and drying towel. Although many might miss having a TV, that wasn’t a issue for us.
