Great room but many hidden fees. None of the prices for parking or breakfast are presented well when booking. When you arrive, they tell you where to park but don’t explain that there’s a fee. When you go for the breakfast buffet, they ask your room number but don’t explain that it’s 18€, they just write down the room number. All of these fees are they sprung on you at the end of your stay so you end up paying 50 € on top of the price of the room. Big problem with communication that has never been an issue at any other hotel, it’s like they purposefully withhold this information from you because they know you won’t take it if they tell you the prices. I have no problem paying the breakfast and parking but I need a staff that’s transparent about the cost upfront.

Wir haben das Hotel nur als Übernachtung genutzt, können somit nicht viel über die Umgebung sagen. Das Hotel war jedoch super, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut.

I highly recommend this hotel. It features excellent amenities and is conveniently located very close to the train station, significantly reducing walking time. The property was exceptionally quiet and impeccably clean. Both the rooms and the restroom were spacious and offered ample privacy, even for a large group.

Faultless

Great hotel. Marco and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely with eggs made fresh however we liked and freshly squeezed orange juice. Restaurant was also great for dinner. Top place.

Good Location. 15 minutes to luzern by train. Great and responsive staff. The room was next to railway track you could hear train passing by. Lots of shopping and restaurant near by.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were painful. Only service we used was check-in and checkout and the ladies were very efficient and pleasant. We heard no noise from the train station but maybe we got the right side of the building.

Stay and room were great except for the air conditioning did not appear to work well. Very stuffy in the room. Also not a big fan of the shower only b/c water went all over outside the shower. Also, my hearing aid was accidentally flushed down the toilet. Very upset that happened.
