「I was please with the rooms and interior of the rooms, bathroom needed their toilet seats change they were old and stained which changed the vibe for me. I also notice if I was out when they came to clean the room they only made the bed, never replaced towels or toilet paper nor did they clean the sinks or showers. When I was in the room they asked me if I wanted that service I answered yes every time I got a cleaned room and replacement of towels, toilet paper, and floor were swept and washed....

「On Thursday April 2nd upon checking out, I ask the young lady at the desk when will I be receiving my deposit back for my room and she stated that the manager needs to check the rooms 1st and that afterwards if everything is good I will receive the refund, I then asked if it was okay that she ask her to go while I was still there because I don’t live in that state so I can get my refund back. 「The woman who check us in was the high point. She was awesome. However, we didn’t feel safe, the rooms were dated and dirty. I was up most of the night checking on my vehicle and felt like I had to put a chair in front of the door for safety. 」

「I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. 「We only stayed for a night but it was lacking in cleanliness for sure. The floors were sticky, headboard had finger prints on it, bathroom was yucky. The floor had ink stains on it, the doorhandles needed tightening. My husband was happy it had a TV, a bed, and a toilet, but it was far below my standards, especially based on the pictures. 」
