The Quay to Sussex is an established waterfront home, situated on a peaceful waterfront cul-de-sac, and is the ultimate destination for your next South Coast getaway.

Whether you love an adventure, or prefer a quiet escape, this holiday home can accommodate all.

Kayak around the canals and see the sights Sussex Inlet has to offer or cast a line off the back jetty whilst the kids play on the sand shore.

Entertain your guests all year round, with an ample undercover entertaining area with outdoor lounge setting and additional outdoor picnic table and BBQ.

Inside, this beachy styled, immaculate home, features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern and light-filled living room with smart TV, Ducted Airconditioning and wifi available. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room, overlooking the water.

The Quay to Sussex also features an outdoor shower and toilet, a fully fenced yard area and private jetty with sink and seating.

Located only minutes away from the main town centre, which boasts several cafes, boutique stores and other essential stores to purchase all that you may need during your stay.

Main Bedroom - Queen bed with ensuite & built-in.

Second Bedroom - Tribunk & single trundle with built-in.

Third Bedroom - Queen bed with built-in and water views.

All Linen and Towels provided.

The maximum guest amount is 8.

Driveway parking is available for 2 cars, no garage access. No slipway access.

Brilliant Property in the BEST Location

This is a fantastic property on the waterfront. I docked my 6.5mtr boat there all week for easy access to the Inlet. The property was very clean and came with a well thought out list of items, including cooking gear and condiments. The agents were easy to deal with and the check in/out system was simple. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Amazing stay

We loved this place. Perfect for kayaking, and 2 minutes away from the boat ramp to launch the boat. A short walk to the shops as well! Place is beautiful , and fenced off from the water for those with young children. I will definitely want to book this house from now on, everytime I visit Sussex!
