Fantastic Cottage for Large Groups

We spent a wonderful weekend in Sutton. The cottage was great for large groups, had plenty of amenities. The rooms were all clean and in well order. Thank you for providing such a great place for our friends and families to celebrate a fantastic weekend!

Great space for lqrge groups

The place was perfect for our large group of adults and children, amd Sutton is a fun little town! Definitely worth it if you are looking for a place to host a large gathering of people who also each want their own space.

Family ski week

Wonderful place for a big group. Comfortable and convenient for us all with space to get away from the group if needed. We had 3 generations including a1 month old. Cooking d facilities were fantastic and it was nice to be able to eat as a group.!

Drive the shirt distance to the mountain to ski every day.. so convenient. Groceries and restaurants easy to get to in Sutton. The property itself made prepping meals for 14 easy. The bedroom accommodations were amazing as well as space for toddlers to play and parents to socialize

Perfect venue for groups

This property was perfect. They really thought of everything you would want in a larger venue. The bar, kitchen, rooms, etc are really well stocked. All the rooms were very nice and it is thoughtfully laid out. The property manager was extremely helpful and didn’t hesitate to accommodate all our needs. 100% will book again!

Family Reunion - Epic Location

We had a family reunion at this location. 3 days, 3 nights. +20 people (ages 2-65). Beds for everyone. Bathrooms in every room. Commercial kitchen. Tons of seating inside and outside. Great are to walk to the mountain or to town. Couldn’t ask for a better location to host our reunion! We will be back!

Great for family gatherings

We spent a long weekend in the house to celebrate a big birthday. We were 26 in all ranging from 2 years old to 85. There was plenty of room for everyone. Each room has its own bathroom, which appeared to be all newly remodeled. The kitchen was commercial-size, which came in handy when we brought in a chef one night to prepare the birthday dinner. The common living and dining areas were plenty big to accommodate our group. All in all top notch.

This chalet is located in a beautiful area and the route from downtown is really enjoyable. The property manager responded promptly and offered a flexible checkout time. Rooms are well prepared, but some kitchen gadgets are not so good to cook. They seem to be replaced to new ones.

The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals for 26 adults and children. It was a professional commercial kitchen. The host was very accommodating, even allowing me access a month prior to the date so that I could confirm that it would be suitable for our family reunion. The rental is pet friendly and all the rooms were spacious and all were ensuite. The location was close to all the attractions and I would definitely recommend.

Great place. I would mention the BBQ needed to be cleaned and there was no hot water downstairs but everything upstairs was fine. I brought my Chromecast but if not the TV might have been an issue.

Fantastic for Big Family Fun

We loved this property! It easily accommodated our big family reunion. Bathrooms in each bedroom was a huge advantage, and the industrial kitchen made cooking and cleaning up after a crowd so much easier and efficient. We all loved the pool and the surrounding areas and towns for shopping and hiking. Our hosts, Nikki and Matthew were lovely, answering the few questions we had. In short, we highly recommend this beautiful home.

Ski Sutton Family Reunion

Our family has enjoyed The Appalache for over 25 years. The cozy atmosphere, proximity to Mont Sutton, and amenities are outstanding. If you are looking for a place to gather and enjoy the beauty of the region you will savor the experience. Try out the locale restaurants, hike, downhill or cross country ski or cozy up by the inviting fire. Highly recommend. The new owners are very accommodating.

Perfect Place for Family Reunion

We rented this vacation home to celebrate our fathers 80th birthday over a weekend. We were 23 people. Clean, perfect set up for meal times, plenty of lounge space, large industrial kitchen and every room has its own bathroom! Some large renovated ones as well. Everyone loved it. The owner Nikki was also very responsive. I highly recommend this place.
