Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location had nice views of the surrounding area. The room was overall clean. There is construction going on in much of the convention center and some lobby areas. Breakfast was small but sufficient.

I only stayed to sleep! Ned was comfortable! I did get a bit disoriented in the car lot that is alongside the entrance. It was a bit difficult finding g the correct driveway.

Room was clean and to my surprise and liking THEY CLEAN YOUR ROOM DAILY. I was pleasantly surprised. Our stay was great. Only disappointment was food-restaurant options chicken and hamburger only. Breakfast-no juice food was fair and warm at best yougart was trix and breakfast bars coco Krispies. Need waffle makers for those that do not eat pre made eggs and sausage. Had to eat out on second morning of our stay. Yes I would stay again but plan on going out for food which was a primary reason for staying this time was convenience of on site food

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. It is very well maintained. Many restaurants close by and even the complimentary breakfast has good options. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in Sutton, Royal gorge bridge is 1 hour away. Also blackwater falls are also 1 hour away towards the other side. Many activities can be done at nearby lake

Property under construction. Surprise to us when we arrived. Room was clean, but no grab bars in shower, no hot water the second day, hair dryer did not work. Vanity light/mirror was not good for doing makeup. Coffee pot but no coffee. Room key did not work and the clerk was not happy he had to bring us another one. Breakfast was cold. No juice. Ice machine did not work. Lobby was a mess of construction and elevator floor light did not all work. Parts hanging off the elevator door. Many lights in parking lot were not working. Bed was comfortable.

It is a clean and easy to access hotel. There are not much dining options around, but the hotel restaurant is decent. It is a big hotel with lots of room for parents and baseball players to get-together. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice.
