"We noticed a slight slope in the building, which was a little annoying. But everything else was very comfortable. A nice touch: a container reserved for cyclists to secure our bikes during our stay. The staff at reception, the bar, on the terrace, and in the dining room were great."

"Pros: ​- The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. - The area is really nice and silent, best sleep is guaranteed. ​Cons: ​- The unit is in poor condition; the timer and water bucket are broken, the interior was dirty, and drafts make it difficult to maintain heat. - We paid extra to get a room with s fireplace. Check-in instructions suggested a wood-burning fireplace (mentioning wood at reception), but the condo actually features a gas fireplace, which ruined the intended atmosphere. ​- The instructions threatened fines for unwashed dishes and required the use of a dishwasher; however, no dishwasher or drying rack was provided. In addition, no staff were present during the stay. We had to leave the trash in the room because the disposal location was never disclosed. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"L’ameublement est désuets et les bois sont souvent brisés. Dans l’air du spa des murs ont des trous et des bains ne sont pas fonctionnels. Des lumières, partie dans le vent tout croche. Déjeuner très médiocre, jus non inclus. Pas beaucoup de choix. Somme toute c’est propre, mais très vieux comme hôtel non rénové. "

"Tout était parfait. Le personnel très gentil et agréable. Ils nous ont bien arrangé. Le chalet était vraiment super. Idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants mais ça aurait pu être plus."
