「When we arrived at the Property, They had to find a key because they were out, the pool was out of order, they gave us a handicaps' room, the was nasty the shower was filthy, TV had lines on the screen, no phone service, and very load outside from people talking all time of the night and started again at 7:00am till 9:00am」

「Balcony view was decent, but sadly Cedar Key was hit very hard by Helene in 2024 and has not recovered well. Many restaurants /bars boarded up and for sale. Staff was not there when I arrived at 2:45 so I had a 10 -15 minute wait . Nicest place in the area was Island Hotel, their restaurant and Neptune Bar.」

「Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.」

「The condo was exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. The parking situation is not ideal but all and all our stay was great. 」

「Stay away from this place !!!! I feel like I was robbed and I know I was scammed by the girl that was working there! She had a sign on the counter saying Cash Only which I paid! When we got to the room and realized that the beds were hard as a rock and the bathroom was dirty we went back to the office and said we wanted our money back because we couldn’t sleep on the bed and she smirked and said it doesn’t work that way just because we didn’t like the bed and refused to give us the money!!! 「It was a cute condo right across the street from the beach and walkable to town. It’s pretty laid back small town.」
