빡침..
수많은호텔경험을하면서이렇게후기를남겨보긴처음입니다.결론부터말하면저는다신난갑니다.
카라반을이용한다면다른카라반을이용할것이구요.
카라반이라는특별한경험하기에는손색이없었으나
고객응대의최악의상황을경험한후두번다시찾고싳지않은곳입니 다.
적은돈돈아니고숙박료20만원이상주며간곳인데
문의할께있어물어보는사람이무안할정도의불친절함.
단,불친절한것외엔나름조경도캠핑용품도마련해두어서
불친절에익숙하신분들은가볼만함

진짜로 캠핑온것같은 느낌
바베큐장부터 아이들이 놀수있는 공간도 있으며 마토 5분거리에 있어서 좋아요

다시는 가지않을것임
#1. 침대4개 숙박종원 5인살을 예약했는데 예약시 어른 둘만 되어있고 아이들 두명 체크 안되어 있다고 아이들 두명 비용을 안내면 투숙이 안된다고 그걸이 규정이라며 결국 두명치 비용 덧씌움. 이해 안되지만 가족여행 간 가장이 애들 밖에 두고 삼만원에 구질구질할수 없어 웃돈내고 투숙.
#2. 6세 꼬마아이 목욕하는데 온수 끊김. 전화하니 물탱크가 작아서 그러니 십분둬에 하면 된다고 천연덕스럽게 말함. 아이는 비누 전뜩 바른 상태로 떨고 관리인은 관심도 없음. 투숙시 물탱크 작다는 말 일도 안해줌. 그 집 규정에 물탱크 작다는 말은 하지 말라고 되어있는것 같음.
#3. 바퀴벌레로 추정되는 말라 죽은 벌레는 애교로 웃고 넘김

여름과 겨울은 생각해봐야할듯
아이들이 있어 2층이있는 럭셔리 카라반을 이용했는데 난방이 안돼서 1층에있는 침대방에서 4명이 같이 잤네요. 거실또한 난방이 잘안돼 열풍기 하나주신걸로 지냈어요. 다음에갈때 좁아도 디럭스를 이용해야할까봐요

예민한 분은 비추
나름 깨끗하고 편힙니다 하지만 저녁이후 거름냄새가 심하고 지하철역에서 나는 소음이 꽤 신경 쓰임

카라반 생각보다 넓었고 깨끗했습니다. 직원분들 친절했고, 도심지에 위치해있어서 주변에 편의시설이 많아 좋았습니다. 방방이도 아이들 좋아했어요.
