Dissappointing & Gross

Be warned! The review summary is misleading and outdated. Few reviews on this site in recent years, but check out Naver reviews (Korea's Google). The hotel seems to have gone downhill! We arrived at 4 pm to check in and they said our room was still being cleaned. Check in is 3 pm.We had plans, so didnt make it back until after 10 pm to check into our room and there was no info provided as the front desk did not speak english. Our bags were still in hallway rather than in secure location. The hotel was an absolute MESS as it is under construction. The elevator was filthy. The 5th floor hallway and steps were covered with construction trash & debris. We booked the room with the balcony and the room smelled overwhelmingly of toxic paint fumes. There was no remote to control the AC unit so we couldnt use that to help circulate the air. The room had not been cleaned well. There were 3 hairs in the sink and the overall unit was not clean. We were only provided one body towel for 2 people. We attempted to get another one from the front desk and there was no staff around to assist us. The tv remote was missing a battery and held together with tape. We were grateful to only have one night booked before checking out. There was no info provided on breakfast so when we made it down at 10 am, the lady said we were too late, even though there was a bunch of food still sitting out. Again, no staff available at the front desk to assist with check out so we just left. We won't be back!

주변 객실 소음때문에 잠을 편히 잘수도 편히 쉴수도 없었는데 소음으로부터 먼 객실로 옮기려면 추가금을 지불해야한다는 안내에 실망했습니다. 주변 객실에 소음에 대해 안내를 하겠다고 하셨지만 충분치않았습니다. 자정이 넘어서까지 이어지는 소음은 정말 괴로웠습니다. 또 키는 하나밖에 주지 않아서 매번 가지고 나가야했기때문에 일정 후에 방에 돌아왔을때 눅눅한 공기의 느낌도 유쾌하진 않았습니다. 조식에서 음식 히터가 켜지지않아 음식은 차가웠습니다. 음식을 먹는 중에 히터를 켜주시더군요. 주차장이 있어 주차를 할수 있던 점은 좋았습니다.

위치가 너무 좋고 직원분이 추천해 주신 갈비집도 너무너무 맛있었어요! 방에 스타일러가 있어서 옷 갈비냄새도 다 빼주고 넘넘 만족!

施設自体は古いのかもしれませんが、リフォームしてあり綺麗でした。一階に朝食がビュッフェで準備してあり、特に案内がなかったですがいただきました。大丈夫だったでしょうか？城門外に食べに行く元気がなかったので助かりました。スタッフさんも気さくな感じで好感が持てました。

최악 어이없고 욕나오는호텔~~!!

최악의 호텔~!!예약확인도 제대로안하고 내예약객실을 다른손님한테 줘버렷다고 이름이 비슷해서 그랫다는 황당어이없는소리를하더니 어떠한응대도없이 1시간가까이 기다리게하고 확인중이라며 내가예약을 햇는데 호텔에 방이없다며 다른호텔로 보내버린 완전 최악의서비스로 직원서비스도최악에 진짜 욕나오게하는호텔~~!!!! 절대절대가지마세요~~ 직원이라고 앉어있는 여자 슬리퍼질질끌고 동네마실나가는복장도 아니고 이게무슨 호텔인가요?ㅜㅜ

청소 한지 한 달은 지난 것같은 방으로 배정, 창문 틀엔 거미가 달려있고 이불에 기어가는 벌레 발견. 늦은 체크인 시간이라 이불깔고 자고 새벽일찍 체크인 함. 행리단길 믿고 관리를 너무 소홀히 하는게 아닌가 생각됨. 최악의 청결상태

직원들은 친절한데 청소상태가 별로이고 조식을 따로 결제해서 15000원인데 넘 별로에요. 10000원도 아까운 수준이네요. 조식빼고 룸 컴디션은 나쁘지 않은데 청소상태는 좀 신경 쓰셔야 할듯요.
