金雞湖畔的洲際飯店，地點近商圈，購物，餐飲都很方便。 唯飯店管理並不嚴謹，飯店整體呈現老舊，房間的乾淨、舒適度也達不到五星級的標準。 今年蘇州的氣候冷的快，飯店開始供暖，房間的冷氣空調不見了，待在房間奧熱難耐，真的很不舒服。跟飯店反應，送來一台風扇，無助改善房間的悶熱。
