“Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse på Marhomlen. Vi hyrde en stuga som var stor, mysig & fräsch. Fanns mycket aktiviteter att göra på ön och ön var även så fin & mysig att strosa omkring på. Vi fiskade, badade och hyrde roddbåt. Rekommenderar verkligen!”

“The location is beautiful and the ferries across to Vaxholm are easy to use. The house is very pretty and quirky and the beds were comfortable, although we had to make them ourselves on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with nice coffee machines and cooker etc but it would be helpful to have some larger serving bowls for salad etc! It was great to have access to paddle boards which the teenagers made good use of. The instructions for the various toilets were a bit confusing but the host……

“ Tältet låg precis bredvid värdens hus. Stället var inte fullt iordningsställt inför vår vistelse (vi vet att värden var skadad och har förståelse). Golvet till uteduschen var inte utlagt (inget vi kunde göra själva). Kändes tyvärr slarvigt och utan finess.”

“Ein kleines Haus auf einem wunderbaren Grundstück. Ein herzlicher Empfang durch die direkt neben dem Haus (10m) wohnenden Gastgebern. Funktionale Inneneinrichtung, die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bei Bett und Couch ist der Begriff „Patina“ nicht mehr anzuwenden. Stark durchgesessen / durchgelegen. Der Fernsehtechnik war nicht in Gang zu bringen, der DVD Player nicht vorhanden. Trotz traumhafter Lage und wunderschönen Zugängen zu einem See, haben wir uns entschieden, nach einer Nacht……

“Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) 1 Woche in dem wundervollen Cottage verbracht. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung im Inserat. Es ist zwar klein und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, aber es hat definitiv Charme und die Lage ist einmalig. Wir haben abwechselnd in dem kleinen Häuschen direkt am Wasser übernachtet und es war einfach nur toll. Wir haben das Boot für Erkundungstouren genutzt und waren auch im Wasser schwimmen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall, mit der Fähre vom Anleger……

“Beautiful home to share with family for a week this summer! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate much we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor covered dining area was where we spent most of our time! Constantin’s house had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the toys in the playhouse and trampoline and swings outside. Adults enjoyed the natural setting and privacy. Close to Vaxholm where you can take ferries to Stockholm or enjoy the archipelago life. Store nearby has limited……

“Would absolutely recommend this cottage. Compact, but we were 5 (3 kids 2 adults), and never felt like we were on top of each other. Right next to the water and a south facing terrace. We would go back.”

“Idöborg stugby låg makalöst vackert i skärgården. Utsikten från vårt hus såg ut som ett vykort. Vi kommer helt säkert tillbaka och då med barn och barnbarn ❤️”

“Our stay in Sweden was wonderful! The cottage was small but perfectly comfortable for me and my sisters stay. Transportation too and from Stockholm was easy with the ferry and subway availability. We also enjoyed the immediate access to miles of hiking trails through the forest with the town and shopping within walking distance as well! Our host was extremely responsive and helpful! They were quick to respond with information for a time schedule to the ferry or to any questions we had. I would……

“For our family it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful country with unique nature. A dream! We went swimming in the Baltic Sea, collected mushrooms and cooked together in the cozy house. Thank you for the great stay and we would love to come back!”
