A great villa in a good location
The villa was very comfortable and modern. It’s location was perfect, close enough to the towns to make it easy to explore but far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. Ivan was very helpful through our stay and was always on hand should we need anything. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

A great house, in beautiful area equipped with all your needs.
The owners are extremely welcoming and attended to all our needs. They are helpful and readily contactedable should you need anything but also respectful to your privacy. The area is 10 mins from the old town of Labin which is true Croatian living and dining. 20 mins away is Rabac where lively beeches with water sports and restaurants can be found. More quieter beeches are in the area but the most stunning we found are on the island which can be accessed by ferry from Bestova only 30 mins drive from house. Well worth visiting and trying the sheep cheese. We would recommend this house for families who like to have space from tourists but with the knowledge that activities can be reached within 20 mins drive. There are also lots of supermarkets. One just five mins walk away. Would highly recommend this property to all ages. Extremely clean, modern and well equipped.

Einfach toll!
Sehr nette, gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Tolles Haus mit Pool, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und viel Platz. Vor allem den BBQ haben wir oft genutzt. Super fanden wir die überdachte Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen und Badetage am Strand.

Empfehlenswertes Unterkunft
Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert! Alles ist makellos sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Kommunikation mit Ivan verlief reibungslos, und er erwies sich als großartiger Gastgeber, der uns zu Beginn mit einer großzügigen Begrüßung aus Olivenöl, Likör, Wein, Eis und Feigen überraschte. Er gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps. Außerdem gibt es einen Markt gleich um die Ecke, wo man frisches Brot für das Frühstück kaufen kann. Die Stadt Labin ist auch in kurzer Zeit erreichbar und verfügt über mehrere Supermärkte, die sogar sonntags geöffnet haben. Der Strand in Rabac ist ebenfalls nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Wir sind absolut begeistert von dieser Unterkunft!

Rundum gelungener Urlaub
Wir waren Anfang September zu Gast in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen! Wir wurden von Ivan sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Ivan ist ein zuvorkommender und herzlicher Gastgeber und war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Haus exakt wie auf den Bildern im Internet abgebildet vorgefunden: der Pool ist echt klasse, die Außenanlage total gepflegt und idyllisch (zwischen Bäumen und Weinfeldern)... Das Haus selbst bietet sehr viel Platz und ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, auch wenn man im Urlaub mal ausgiebiger kochen möchte. Sowohl Aussenanlage als auch Haus waren total sauber! Die Lage war für uns optimal: die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Bis nach Labin (und vor allem den Lidl mit den leckeren kroatischen Gebäcken) benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten und der Strand Girandella in Rabac ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir sagen vielen Dank für alles und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

😎 Erholsame Urlaubstage 👍
Super schönes Ferienhaus und ein echt toller Pool, es war alles da was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, Ivan ( der Vermieter ) war sehr nett und hat uns mit Informationen für Erkundungen, Strände und Restaurants weiter geholfen. Dankeschön das wir 10 schöne Tage ende August / Anfang September dort verbringen durften, kommen gerne wieder 👍😎💪

Perfekter Urlaub
Wir waren zu fünft. Ivan war ein wirklich sehr guter und netter Gastgeber für uns. Er hat uns mit Tipps von Stränden, Restaurants und Supermärkten versorgt und war schnell zur Stelle wenn man ihn brauchte. Auch die Konversation mit ihm war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Es ist schön modern eingerichtet und geräumig, uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Betten waren sehr gut und sehr hilfreich waren auch die Fliegengitter. Das beste jedoch war der Pool. Die Wassertemperatur war an den heißen Tagen sehr angenehm. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Danke nochmal an Ivan für für die schöne Zeit.

Séjour en Istrie en famille
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine à 2 familles avec des enfants et adolescents. La description de la maison est fidèle à l annonce. La communication à été facile avec Ivan, qui a été très accueillant et nous four Issa t des informations pratiques. La maison était dans un état de propreté exceptionnel . La maison est très confortable. L'environnement est calme. Elle se situe à 10 min de Labin et 15 min des plages. Un très bon séjour et une belle découverte
