Rustic Villa Maritimo located in Istria, in the town of Sv. Lovreč is the right choice for all those who want to escape from the hectic everyday life and afford a pleasant and cheerful holiday. The villa was built in a rustic style in 2009 but underwent a complete renovation in 2022. It is ready to open its doors for a maximum of 8 people, who will have 191 m2 at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 851 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms, three of which have a double bed (180x200) and are located on the upper floor, and one room has 2 single beds (90x200) and is located on the ground floor. Likewise, the rooms have their own ensuite bathrooms: two with bathtubs and two with showers. On the top floor, each bedroom has its own balcony with a sofa where you can enjoy drinking your morning coffee and reading your favourite book.



On the ground floor there is a nicely decorated living room with two sofas, a chair, a small table, a TV and a fireplace. Next to the living room, there is a dining room with a table for 8 people, and a kitchen that is equipped with everything needed to prepare food for the whole family and friends. In the same room, there is table football where children and adults will find fun.



The yard and outdoor terrace will delight you with lots of greenery and places for children to play, and there is also a 32 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 metres. On the sunbathing area, next to it, there are 8 deckchairs where you can rest your body and soul while soaking up the warm summer sun. On the outdoor terrace there is also a charcoal or wood grill, and a covered outdoor dining table, perfect for evening gatherings with laughter and song.



A washing machine, an iron, a feeder and a baby cot are available in the villa.



Villa Maritimo is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.



Istria is well known for wine tours, olive oil tours, and the youngest will be delighted by the aquaparks or cycling. You can also use the ski lift in Poreč, water sports and sightseeing of historical monuments and cities.



The beauty of Poreč is sometimes hidden by the crowd of visitors from all over the world who enjoy the hospitality and excellent service. If you look carefully, you will be able to see the remains of ancient Rome, and in the harbour, you will come across evidence of Venetian rule from the 18th century. Istria has something for everyone: whether you like history, art, sports, good food or wine.
