Vacation home Sandra by Interhome

Single-family house "Sandra". In the hamlet Medvidići 2.5 km from the centre of Sveti Lovreč, 11 km from the centre of Poreč, 10 km from the centre of Vrsar, 10 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 600 m2, trees, swimming pool angular (45 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, bus stop 13 km, railway station 19 km, pebble beach 10 km. Ground floor is closed and not occupied.
4-room house 80 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
