But no railing in bathroom . Mu elderly mom had a hard time getting off toilet no walk in showers for the elderly or handicap .But it was a good stay.”

“Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. “The staff was wonderful. My room was "okay". There were old French fries with a dab of ketchup under the bathroom sink. My dog found the fries in a hurry. There were also fruit flies living under the rim of my bathroom sink, undoubtedly in some mold that inhabits there. There was no ironing board and one promised never came. The tiny dirt patch to potty dogs can be tough when people don't clean up after themselves. Not the hotel's fault but there is no other place to potty them.”

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”

“The air conditioner worked just fine.the only complaint I have is you go on line book the room a month ahead of time and then when you get there it isn't ready,the guy behind the desk gave me not one but three times when the room would be ready.the reservation says check in time starts at four,well I was there and it wasn't ready until 5:30pm.it had been a long day to start off with and this made it worse,thought about cancelling my reservation and going somewhere else but then I would get me……
