「The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. 」

「The townhouse was comfortable and a great place for family we hadn’t seen in a long time to gather and talk..The house was clean and beds very comfortable and enough room for all 8 of us.Only complaint was I wish the description had included the amount of stairs you have to climb…Since some of us are older and climbing stairs are harder it would have been nice to know..the climb from the outside and then the climb right as you walked in was a shock especially carrying baggage.」

「We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.
Overall, the room was nice and spacious, and the decor was lovely however, the television only faces too awkward dining room chairs versus being able to...
