「The hotel staff was amazing! Minor glitch with the heating system on the wall that didn’t work. The owner came in the next day and shared that there was a remote control for a new wall unit which we were unaware of. All in all is was a great stay!」

「Front desk was always very personable and helpful no matter which shift.
Plus I realized when I got home to KY that I had left my gold wedding band in our room. I called and it had been turned in to the front desk!! I'm very appreciative to the cleaning staff for their honesty. I would like to send a thank you note.」

「This was my first time staying here and both the hotel lobby and my guestroom was very clean. And the staff was friendly. I will probably stay here again for 1 night when passing through this area. BTW this was the second of two Hendersonville stops off the highway and I prefer this one better because more action, so I felt safer as a single woman traveling alone. 」
