「The property is close to everything in Swansboro, yet very private. The kitchen is well stocked with even a few extras. The bedding was very comfortable with the rooms laid out perfectly. We brought our small boat and easily explored and fished White Oak river and the local waterways. We would definitely stay here again.」

「This newly renovated property was absolutely perfect. The owners have taken so much time to make sure everything you need is provided. They have gone above and beyond. The house was so well stocked with everything from unopened to catchup and mustard, trash bags, first aid kit, shampoo, and conditioner, and so many games. Thank you for a wonderful day, your extra attention to the Home was definitely noticed and appreciated. It was the best family vacation we’ve had in years.」

「Overall the stay was great. There were some issues. The stove needs repairing. It took an hour too cook breakfast because of the burners. We had roaches in two of the rooms. And there were ants also all along the stove. The home is beautiful. Would have also loved to go on the balcony’s outside on the second fllor」

「My family and dog stayed at this wonderful beach home and had an amazing time. Plenty of space for all of us and it was very comfortable. The beach is a very short and easy walk. Even though it is not beachfront, it was a great view of the ocean. You can still see the water from the inside and when sitting on the huge patio. The communication with host was great and I would definitely book here again if we ever make it back to the area!」

「We enjoyed our time at Happy Place. The property was clean and as expected. It had everything we needed. We did not really cook much at the property so I cannot speak to cooking equipment provided. Location to the beach is convenient. Just a quick golf cart ride away. The golf cart parking can fill up. There’s more parking down the way. 「This property was an amazing place to stay for our vacation. The dogs absolutely loved the fully fenced in yard and so did we. The house itself is beautiful. Had everything we needed, the host was amazing and available to answer questions we had. It was crazy hot outside when we stayed so we only got to enjoy the hot tub once but it was awesome when we finally did. We would definitely stay here again. 」
