Not the best place we’ve ever stayed but not the worst. Staff was polite. Room had been remodeled and was clean. The king sized bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a very good room darkening shade. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker but no coffee or condiments. There were no cups. While there were two bath towels, there was one hand towel and one face cloth; however, reservations were made for two adults. We could not make the soap and shower dispensers work, although we were assured when we checked out that they were not empty. We were awakened at 3:00 AM by very loud music and people shouting at each other outside our room. (This is not technically the staff’s responsibility but does give you some idea about the area.).

OK for an overnight stay.....

CONVENIENT to THE NARROWS CENTER, pet friendly location.......there was an issue with the TV but the front desk persisted until it was resolved. Location is in a commercial area so I'm not sure i'd have felt comfortable without my husband. Dunkin' is across the street for coffee and lite bites.

It was a nice clean place to stay for a night. The decor could use some updating (specifically the bed spread and TV) but the necessities were great. Some more attention could be paid towards the wear-and-tear of furniture…the bed had a cavernous dip right in the middle of the bed. For the price, it was a decent bargain.

When I walked into the office to check in, there was a staff member sweeping but quickly went out of view, never acknowledged my presence. After about a minute I wrang the bell and another staff member popped up, he was great and got me checked in. We opened the door to our room and it went downhill from there...we were hit by the odor, stained ceiling tiles, broken door safety latch and no coffee maker. The final kicker was when we folded down the bed sheets, there was multiple burn holes through the top sheet (it was a smoker room), but this was unacceptable. Please stay away from this location.
