Centrally located in The Pinnacle Community, this home offers every opportunity to take in all the area has of offer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, the porch, or in the screened in porch as you breathe in the summer mountain air and plan for the day ahead. Make your way to the lake access to hop in your boat and tour the area by boat before stopping for lunch or dinner at one of the many lakefront restaurants. Make sure to stop by the Creamery as well before heading home! If you're looking to travel by land and car instead, make your way to the north end of the lake for go-karts, mini-golf, the four-season Wisp Resort, and more! Either way, at the end of the day, return home and relax in the bubbling hot tub or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit as you stargaze and reminisce about your day. If it happens to rain or be less ideal for weather, no worries! The large lower level is perfect for entertaining and shooting a friendly game of pool and the floor to ceiling windows on the main level are great for those to love to watch the rain and snow fall. No matter what you have on your "to do" list and no matter the season, Happy Ours is the perfect home base to check things off and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Lake access and dock slip located across Glendale Road from The Pinnacle entrance. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

AFTER BOOKING: An email will be sent to the address provided during check-out; please check for action items needed to secure your reservation. The subject of this email will start with "URGENT: Complete Your Booking For"... and may be in your Promotional/Marketing folders depending on your email provider and settings.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
