It was very clean and a great space with lots to do (pool table, lots of TVs). Decent kitchen space for cooking! Plenty of bedrooms/beds for our group of 12.However when we first got there, the upstairs king suite smelled like sewage. Running the water in that bathroom removed the issue, but just impacted the initial impression. Additionally, there was an indicator on the hot tub that said maintenance was overdue, so our group wasn’t as keen on using it.

Very nice house

The house was way nicer than we expected. We had wonderful time there and will come back there.The only one think was a bit uncomfortable is 10 am checkout. It’s a little too early when you have kids.
