非常棒已经不能用来形容这家酒店了！真的太好了！从服务到房间和硬件都是一等一的好！每个人都很热情的提供各种帮助。Iven和他的同事们都特别好！一定要去漂和涂死海泥，一套完成真的非常嫩。对了，如果可以记得定SPA这幢楼的房间，第一景观无遮挡，非常高瞻远瞩！第二可以无限次进入SPA享受各种泡池和Jacuzi。而且做SPA打八折，一次回本！

感謝Kempinski飯店給予我們美好的住宿體驗。

過了許久才評論，是因為想好好給評和感謝。平心而論，Kempinski飯店是我們此次約旦旅程中體驗最好且服務最好的飯店，下次再到死海也會豪不猶豫選擇Kempinski飯店。 Kempinski飯店造景搭配死海景非常美，設施齊全，服務人員大多非常親切助人，想特別感謝Desiree和Era的親切服務和問候，另也感謝Ivan的熱情和對我們車胎沒氣的惱人問題立刻聯絡技術人員處理的積極態度，此次入住非常美好，尚無覺得任何美中不足的地方。另想特別感謝餐廳人員Ramy和Khalid與主廚Abo Elias，招待我們許多特色佳餚，且為我們準備特別演奏(不得不說主廚的歌喉非常好)，讓我們體會到飯店人員的熱情，和享用了一頓非常美味且難忘的晚餐。外宿飯店多次，也明白每間飯店都不可能無時無刻的美好和週全，但僅此一次經驗就足以讓我們對Kempinski飯店難以忘懷，故在此分享我們此次的體驗。最後再次感謝Kempinski飯店讓我們這次行程有如此美好且難忘的回憶，我媽說她永遠不會忘記這天和Kempinski飯店為她們的紀念日所做的一切。

This is not my first time staying in Kempinski dead sea - so this time we tried different resorts in the same region for one night each. This is by far the best hotel experience I had in my visit in dead sea, in my whole Jordan trip. The staff are professional, clean and polite. The view is wide open from main building junior suite - we stayed at 3rd floor, but I have seen floors as high as 6th floor. I presume it will have a even better view up there. The room is super stylish, spacious toilet, comfortable bed and ultra clean. Their TV allows me to connect my music via bluetooth! There are a couple of restaurants in this hotel, we picked the dinner restaurant at the lower pool, sitting right next to pool and face openly to dead sea, watching the sun go down. Morning breakfast is excellent as you face dead sea in the morning too.

很美，很美，很舒适

酒店很古老，很漂亮，服务人员总体比较好，有些菲律宾服务员不太专业。环境很漂亮，景色很美……打包的饮料随便喝，真是跟划算。位置离安曼城区有些远，周边没什么餐厅和商店，所以，酒店的东西巨贵。不过，无所谓了。

We stayed at this hotel over a weekend at the end of our holiday and had hoped it would be a highlight. However the hotel was overwhelmed with weekend guests from Amman. Service suffered and we had to complain. Front desk also tried to upsell us to a more expensive room on arrival which was awkward and left a bad impression. We will choose one of the other 5 star hotels nearby if we go back to Jordan. That said, this is a beautiful hotel. It was just shame we didn’t have a great experience.

Just left the Kempinski Dead Sea. It was a lovely stay. It’s a resort and it does everything a resort should. Customer service was terrific. Very attentive. The area to swim in the Dead Sea was well taken care of and the staff always ready to give you a towel or help put your mud on. The spa was wonderful. An’am was so welcoming and attentive to our needs. The Dead Sea pool was amazing. We bought the half board and were happy with the massive selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Ivan was there every morning to check on everyone and ask if there was anything we needed. There is a huge construction project next door which sometimes ruins the serenity of the place.

Room was incredible. The spa and pools even moreso. Staff was courteous, and extremely helpful. We had a minor issue and they were so supportive to make our stay excellent. Highly recommend Kempinski if you’re staying in the Dead Sea, and especially the Spa rooms!

My stay at the Kempinski Ishtar Dead Sea was pleasant overall, though I expected more from a property of this calibre. Upon arrival, there was no particular sense of welcome — no entry drink, no personal touch, and nothing that felt “above and beyond.” I requested an upgrade and spoke with a gentleman at reception named Mashti, who was polite and professional, but any upgrade options offered came at an additional cost. Given that I was checking out several hours earlier than planned, I was hoping for a small goodwill gesture — ideally a complimentary upgrade — to balance things out, but that wasn’t taken into consideration. The room itself was fairly standard — comfortable but unremarkable — and the pool was shared. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and quality. Getting around the property, however, could be slow — you rely on golf buggies, and in my case, it sometimes took up to 30 minutes for one to arrive. Where the stay truly stood out was at the Dead Sea itself. The lifeguard there was absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Seeing that I was travelling alone, he helped me safely enter the water, took photos for me, and even gifted me a small token of Dead Sea salt to take away. That simple gesture made the entire experience memorable. Honestly, he’s the reason I’d consider coming back. In-room dining was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. Overall, while the setting and Dead Sea experience were remarkable, I found the

If you want amazing infinity pools overlooking the Dead Sea this is the place. Upmarket hotel with grassy good options and direct access to the Dead Sea. Where they massage you and apply the mud. Brilliant experience

This would have been a five star rating except for a few things. My first impression upon entering the hotel to check in was a poor one. The man who checked us in did not smile once. Did not welcome us. Was actually quite sarcastic when I jokingly said we normally stay at the Marriott and I hope this hotel would be able to compare. He also did not provide much information about the hotel grounds. So when it was time to explore we were completely lost. Once I arrived at the pool the staff was very friendly albeit slow in service. The staff down at the Dead Sea was wonderful. The best in fact. At dinner at the Lebanese restaurant service as exceedingly slow. We made a reservation but were told we couldn’t sit at a table with a view because they were reserved, only to see the tables never used during our meal. The staff at the belly dancing restaurant was nice, but once again they were so slow. We ordered a martini and tea. I had already finished my martini before my mother’s tea had even arrived. I also witnessed what appeared to be a manager, berating one of his staff. All in all the property is gorgeous. And certain staff members were wonderful. But, this hotel costs twice the price of the Marriott and did not deliver twice the experience. So, I would not return. I will continue to visit the Marriott when I come to Jordan.

My stay at the Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea was truly luxurious and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great respect. Check-in was smooth, and we were personally escorted to our room with assistance for our luggage, which made for a very welcoming start. We stayed in what I believe was a Junior Suite, which was incredibly spacious. It featured a huge king bed, a separate sitting area, and even a private outdoor seating area — perfect for relaxing in privacy. As soon as we arrived, we went straight down to the Dead Sea access area (they close it around 7 pm before it gets dark). Floating in the water and trying out the mud mask was an unforgettable experience. Afterwards, we headed to one of the main central pools. Many pools close earlier, but luckily, this one stayed open until 8 pm, giving us extra time to enjoy the evening. For dinner, we indulged in one of the largest buffet selections I’ve ever seen. The variety and quality were both excellent, and to top it off, there was a live belly dance show that added to the atmosphere. Breakfast the next morning was also buffet-style and just as smooth and satisfying. One thing to note: the resort is very large, so there’s a lot of walking and quite a few stairs. This might be challenging for some guests, but it also adds to the feeling of exploring a grand, resort-style property. Amazing hotel with super friendly staff. You have everything you need at the hotel you don’t need to go out of the hotel. The Lebanese restaurant is a must try.
