This Studio Apartment accommodates a standard of 4 people (single beds) and a maximum of 6 people with a bunk bed, a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, mini fridge, microwave), a TV, a small dining counter, and a bathroom. This property comes with a balcony (inland/no views).
Additional information:
1. There is a government city tax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.
2. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only and adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

4. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.

7. Gym is open in the building and open from May to September.

(c) €50 wifi/tv connection monthly
(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.
(e) After check out cleaning fees for a 28 nights or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
