• NOISE VIOLATIONS
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, parties, or other disturbances after 10 PM are not permitted. If we receive a noise complaint, we will provide a first warning by calling the phone number provided with your reservation. If the excessive noise continues after the warning or results in a further violation, a $500 fee may apply. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
• NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If we get a smoking alert or a smoke odor is detected inside the property after your stay, a $500 cleaning and remediation fee will apply.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.
• Dogs are very welcome!
We know pets are part of the family and many guests love bringing them along for the adventure. There is a pet fee to help cover the extra cleaning and maintenance involved. Unfortunately, we’re unable to allow cats due to allergies.
• The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests.
For groups over 6, there is an additional guest fee, per night. Please make sure your guest count is entered correctly when booking so pricing is accurate. Only registered guests should be at the property.
• For guest safety and property security, there is one outdoor camera facing the driveway and entryway.
There are absolutely no cameras inside the cabin or in private outdoor areas.
• If visiting during winter (November–March), please be prepared for mountain weather conditions.
Snow and ice can arrive unexpectedly in the Poconos, so we strongly recommend warm clothing, proper footwear, and a vehicle equipped for winter driving, such as AWD/4WD or snow tires.
We want everyone to have a safe, relaxing, and memorable stay in the mountains, and we’re always happy to answer any questions before your trip.
