"We had an exceptional stay at this Inn. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant. We also had a super tasty breakfast the following morning at the local, family restaurant (Family Traditions) only a few blocks away. The coffee shop next to the restaurant had fabulous iced lattes! We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"There is no central AC at this location. The front porch is absolutely beautiful. The bed is pretty darn comfortable. don't be afraid of bugs, lots of carpenter ants. Overall a good trip."

"Another phenomenal stay at Chads Place. Our Hosts went above and beyond for our stay. It had all the amenities we needed for our one week visit. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers hot. I would recommend this establishment to anyone! We will be back, I am sure of that! Thank you !"

"The property was in a great location. Easy to find and close enough to town that if you needed anything it was easy to get. Check in and check out was easy had great directions on what to do for both. Went there with my girlfriend and friends had a great time will be going back again."
