「We love staying at Ali'i Villa condos, and Paul's condo was no exception. We love having the washer/dryer, and the designated parking spot. We had everything we needed for our Big Island stay. Paul was so accommodating when we had a little issue while there. He did everything he could do to remedy the situation in a timely and friendly manner. 「This property is located within walking distance of anything you might need. Also, the property is very well equipped for anything you might want to do; prepare a meal or take a lunch by the ocean. Having the washer and drier in the unit made our stay that much more convenient since we were diving and were able to clean and dry our diving clothes everyday. We had absolutely no issues with our stay.」

「My husband and I stayed here for 11 days. It was an easy walk along Ali’i road to get to the shoreline, restaurants, a great farmer’s market and shopping. We arrived in the dark and had difficulty finding the driveway entrance as the signs were not lit and partially obscured by the shrubbery. I loved the beach cottage feel and the location was perfectly nestled across the street from the ocean and near many restaurants and shopping. 「This is a great unit on the edge of the tourist stretch of Kona. Easy to get to lots of shops and restaurants via a long walk or short drive. The two separated sleeping spaces and bathrooms worked well for our two-couple group. Just don’t expect the loft to have AC - there’s a unit on the main level but it didn’t seem like it could get upstairs. We were able to use fans and windows and were perfectly comfortable in April. The kitchen was well appointed, plenty of beach gear available including...
