“Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Es hat eine Pizzaria im Erdgeschoss mit Terasse. Das Personal der Pizzaria (die den Hotelservice mitmacht) ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut!
Etwas schade ist der längere Weg um eine geeignete Badestelle am See zu finden.”

“第一次入住 EMA House (Superior Unterstrass) 非常喜歡，公寓現代感 新 乾淨整潔，房內設施處處都有細心的巧思，入住期間 非常愉快。
預定時只剩一樓地面樓層，剛開始會擔心外面吵，實際還好沒有被影響到。（入住時遇到寒流 沒有打開窗戶）
床好睡、枕頭 寢具舒服。有加溫空調、也有冷氣，室內溫度 冷熱可自由調整。
設備齊全的廚房及洗衣設備，對旅客很便利。浴室有多組加溫掛片，對沒有時間烘乾衣服的很方便。
免費WiFi強度夠，2台筆電 2台手機 使用順暢。
房間每週一三五有清潔人員打掃、更換毛巾衛浴用品、咖啡及茶包。

"I was staying room 423, the Airconditioner was so noisy on and off, which is very disturbing. I called the reception to fix the second day of my stay, it seems ok for awhile but still having the problem. As a business traveller, a good sleep is very important to get ready for the next day."
