“Our experience was so bad that we stayed only one night instead the two we booked and paid. The photos of the property are absolutely misleading, there is absolutely no view from inside. The surrounding area is nice, just not from right at the house. The beds were absolutely horrible. And to add insult to the injury the host, located directly above the unit we stayed in, walked around and had conversations until after midnight. We could hear every word and it felt as if someone would fall thru……

“We visited this amazing Vitznau mountain property for our summer family vacation. We felt relaxed and ready to adventure from the moment we stepped in the door. The views and the access to hiking, swimming, and general exploration of the Lake Lucerne area was perfect.Navigating the trains, ferry, and buses to get around, was easy and options for adventure, food, relaxation, and more was everywhere.The host was also extremely informative, responsive and even took time to meet with us while we……

“Would have liked to have a microwave in the kitchen..Hanging lights in bedrooms did not work so very difficult to see,& downstairs shower did not work properly. The view from this property was incredible & very peaceful setting.The owners were very friendly & nice. I would suggest the price of the gondola be included in the daily rate. Since we went on daily excursions it got pretty pricy for 7day round trips per person to reach our accommodations. All said we all enjoyed our stay at a beautiful……

“I’ve been to MANY stays all around the world and we had a whole bunch of stuff go wrong on our end and if it wasn’t for the incredible hosts we had that helped us as well as welcomed us so warmly we would still be stuck and in travel trouble. I’m so grateful to have had the best hosts who treated us personally and caringly. What a beautiful place, very big, plenty of space for the 3 kids and super close to beautiful scenery and lakes.
