「Very cute cottage that sits on a farm. You can watch the goats and sheep while sipping coffee on the front porch. The cottage is modern with a nice bed, big modern bathroom, and a mini kitchenette with table, keurig, mini fridge, and microwave. The room is not very big though so it would be best for solo travelers or couples. The place is an easy 8 minute drive from Staunton shops and restaurants. I’d definitely stay again for the ambiance, nature, and charm.」

「This cabin and host are fantastic. Perfect location for things around Harrisonburg and Staunton. Ferne and family are very gracious host. The cabin was stocked with anything we could never need and back ups of things if we forgot something. Beautiful view from the porch swing. Highly recommend! 」

「Everyone we met on staff were very helpful. This would be a lovely place for a family reunion or a private retreat. Our kids were camping about 5 miles away and we were able to enjoy both their campground and our comfortable setting.」

「Absolutely beautiful stay!! This cabin is a dream! It is even more beautiful than the pictures portray. Just a couple of things to note- the cabin is heated and cooled by two mini splits and it stayed pretty warm inside. Secondly, I would recommend bringing your own pillows as they were not the most comfortable. Otherwise, this is a must visit! 」
