DINING ROOM: formal dining space for 6 guests

POWDER ROOM: half bathroom located right off living room

KITCHEN: fully stocked with oven. fridge, sink, microwave, Keurig, blender, and more

LAUNDRY : washer, dryer and detergent provided

BEDROOM 1: king bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, desk

BEDROOM 2: queen bed, wardrobe

BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, bath tub/shower combo, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap)

LIBRARY: All guests have access to the library in the basement. This is common space for all guests to use and it is located down one flight of stairs from Ever After.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a multi-unit building, not a single family home. There are 4 other beautifully renovated Airbnb units here. Please keep in mind, we do not have full time staff on site. All guests will be asked to respect the space and be courteous of others by adhering to quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
- This is NOT a pet-friendly accommodation. Violations subject to fines.
- Free street parking on S Coalter St.

**Privacy Disclosure: For the safety of our guests and our staff, we have Ring monitoring cameras set up in 3 locations:
1. Ring camera is monitoring and capturing live video and audio of the front door entrance.
2. Ring camera is monitoring and capturing live video and audio of the side door entrance.
3. Ring camera is monitoring and capturing live video and audio of the back deck/yard.
