「I was in Charlottesville to move my son into his dorm at UVA. This place was awesome! It was very close to Grounds and easy to get to. It had everything you needed and was very clean. I received excellent communication about checking in and out and even was left a thank you gift. I would love to stay longer and take full advantage of all the amenities. Definitely another stay in my near future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Charlottesville!」

The yard was cute, the property was within walking distance of just about everything, and the little patio with the chairs and tables to sit at and enjoy the weather were an added bonus. 「The apt was well lit and very welcoming! The kitchen and bathroom were set up with all you would need. As we were celebrating an anniversary, the double seat chair was very cozy. It appeared that this place was just newly renovated. The only thing I would suggest is a place to put a suitcase. I would highly recommend this for the apt and the location.」
