Clean and cozy

We felt like home when we stayed at Careel Cottage, the place was nice and clean. Steve (the owner) was very helpful, providing us with useful information to explore the area and giving us early notice when the place was ready to check in. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

It was a lovely laid out cottage. We loved our 2 nights in it and the outside area was great to have as well. Had every amenity. Close to everything in Katoomba Defiantly recommend.

Great weekender

Thanks so much for Steve and Sharon for letting us stay at your beautiful property. Our family and fur balls had a great weekend. House was comforting and warm (despite the wintery weather). Had all the perks with the TV entertainment package and our 5yo daughter loved the sofa bed. Close to town and surrounding tourist activities and even the pond and walks around the house were very tranquil. The sports and aquatic centre even proved a bonus to fulfil a few hours. Hope to be back again some time

Nice stay thank you. Due to the narrow drive and rear turning circle access was tricky with my Landcruiser. Found the stove top very difficult to operate but that is probably because I am used to gas. The dishwasher is tiny and a struggle for 4 adults. Very nice and warm which was brilliant as we had such cold weather but what else should we expect for Blue Mountains in the middle of Winter! Ha ha

Great cottage stay

Cute little cabin

The space was well equipped with plenty to use in the kitchen and lots of extra blankets for warmth. It has a very cosy vibe. Very close to the town centre and main attractions.

Very impressed with the modern facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Careel. The property was close to everything and made it so easy to see everything we wanted to in and around Katoomba. The location is quiet and the yard was great for our dog to run around. We would definitely book again.
