Convenient location for public transport and shopping/ dining nearby. Friendly staff and clean rooms, nice pool and spa. The only grievance was outside of the hotel's control - namely, on 2 nights out the 6 we stayed, the noise from the bar across the road was rather loud (probably can't hear it if the room is not facing the front of the hotel).

The reception staff were amazing. We needed to extend our stay each day and they were very accommodating. Helping us to get the best rate and even let us have the same room when possible. We were very appreciative of them going the extra mile to help us.

My stay at this hotel was truly a pleasure. From the very first moment, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere is warm, tasteful, and thoughtfully curated — a place where you can genuinely relax and feel at ease. The room was spotless. The location is also excellent, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings and feel connected to the city, while still having a peaceful retreat to return to. Great place to stop on our journey from Melbourne to Qld. Facilities all good and easy parking on the street. Great pub across the rd for dinner and shopping at Westfield. We would happily stay there again.

We had a great stay here, if only for one night. It was further from the airport but far less expensive and very close to public transportation, the mall, and plenty of dining options. Have to give my compliments to a very welcoming and helpful staff as well.

I did not have breakfast there. Very helpful staff especially Lauren. I accidentally left my hat in the room after checkout. She accompanied me to get it. I would recommend family and friends to stay there.

We love staying at this hotel when we come to Sydney. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are so comfortable and stylish. The food from the restaurant is fantastic, and only a 10min walk to an enormous Westfield shopping centre and Train station.
