A cozy 170-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible single-bed couch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flushed toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Getting Around:
We are located 12 minutes from the local township of Historical Windsor. A car is essential for getting around here. If travelling by public transport, local train station is Windsor and local taxis or Ubers are available.
Other Things to Note:
- No WiFi
- TV is available with free-to-air channels
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home
- No uninvited or unregistered guests allowed
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Firewood is available for a one-night stay or guests may bring their own
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Additional Firewood comes at an extra cost and must be pre-ordered 24 hrs in advance
- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Safety guidelines
- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft are quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- Please exercise caution as we are a working horse farm hazard that may be a danger to them
- Remember to follow the safety guidelines discussed with the land host as horses get easily agitated
