Good for an overnight stay

On an overnight trip for a concert, I booked three rooms and one of them got ‘lost’ in the system. The check in staff member was so helpful and diligently worked away to find our missing booking with a smile and great sense of humor. The room was basic and the beds slide too easily resulting in one of the kids getting a massive bruise on his shin. The shower was great and toiletries freshly stocked and smelt nice. The pool was great for the kids in the morning and the staff around were all lovely.

The property was close to Woolworths and Maccas which is very nice for short walks. However, the parking to the hotel garage was extremely tight and dangerous. And, the bed wasn't comfortable.
