Overall ...every staff member was very hospiitable and exceptionally service minded. They made our experience at Mercure Parramatta a pleasant and memorable one. The beds were comfortable, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was great. The pool was heated and open until 10pm which was fantastic after long days playing sport. We would happily stay here again
