This cozy 2-bedroom unit offers the ultimate relaxation with a queen bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The unit includes a bathroom with a bath, separate toilet, and a convenient in-unit laundry.



Enjoy the best of both worlds with a large terrace providing direct access to the beautiful Mona Vale Beach and a second balcony overlooking the lush greens of Mona Vale Golf Course, complete with a BBQ for outdoor dining. Inside, you’ll find two dining areas, a cozy living room with reverse cycle air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, and microwave – everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals.



Perfectly located just a stone’s throw from Mona Vale Golf Course and a short stroll to Mona Vale Beach, this getaway offers an ideal blend of relaxation and recreation. Whether you’re here for a beachside retreat, a golf getaway, or both, our unit has everything you need for a memorable stay.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy dual private access to the unit, either via internal stairs or through the beachside terrace. There’s a designated carport for a small car with convenient keypad entry—no keys to pick up, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in experience.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Mona Vale, this coastal gem offers easy access to the stunning Warriewood-to-Mona Vale coastal walk, a scenic trail with breathtaking ocean views and lookouts. This picturesque walk leads you along the rugged coastline, connecting you to hidden beaches, rock pools, and a series of delightful cafes and restaurants along the way.



Stroll from beach to beach, stopping to enjoy a coffee, brunch, or fresh local seafood at one of the charming spots that dot the route. Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

There is no lift to the unit but access is only 1 flight stairs from the car space or no stairs if you walk the beachfront path.



Please note:

Scaffolding and waterproofing works will be taking place on the unit above starting the first week of February and are expected to continue for up to six weeks, until mid-March. Guests may experience daytime building noise, approximately Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
