"I think coming during school holidays made it more difficult for the hotel to keep up with its cleanliness. I’ve never noticed the carpets or the spa area needing attention before. I’ve not ever seen so many children in the spa it changed colours! I’ll still return , the staff are excellent and the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent!"

"It was in the perfect location given our early morning flight the next day. Amenities were excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the main lobby was convenient for a quick bite and early bed time. We did find the room a bit dusty, and I don’t like all flat sheets on the beds as they pull apart easily. A proper doona and fitted sheets would be best. Other than that, it was great!!"

"I was very disappointed in one thing - They advertised a pillow menu, so the family saved car space and didn't bring pillows from home, thinking I would find a pillow to suit. I called #7 reception as mentioned to 'order' pillows for the family, no answer. We did this 3 times, and went down to reception twice - both times there was no one around - and this was between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. We all woke up with sore necks and was very disappointed."
