This outstanding apartment is the epitome of luxury for the discerning person or couple seeking privacy. Totally renovated in 2021 this state of the art, unparalleled apartment is situated at the harbour end of Darling Point This serene residence is filled with natural light and intimate views over the harbour. Be spoiled viewing sailing races in the day and fireworks at night.
Stunning wrap-around gun-barrel views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House plus views over the marinas of Rushcutter's Bay, Double Bay and across to Manly. The iconic sights of the Opera House and Harbour bridge are brilliantly complemented by the sophisticated and contemporary interiors.
The gourmet open plan kitchen boasts Gaggenau appliances while the living area offers easy and relaxed entertaining areas with Space furniture. The two full-sized bedrooms offer luxurious comfort for your evenings and magnificent views to Sydney Harbour Bridge and harbour. There is also a third bedroom/study perfect for working from home that can be converted to a third bedroomwith views across Double Bay and Rushcutters Bay. Luxuriate in the contemporary marble bathrooms, guest bathroom and laundry, all with heated floors. The main bathroom with a free-standing stone bath and views across the bay will be a delight. Walk and explore Double Bay or the The nearby suburbs of Potts Point and Darlinghurst with a plethora of are also worth exploring, offering lots of famed dining spots and cafes. The bustle of the CBD is just a 10-minute drive and leafy Rushcutters Bay Park with marina,CYC sailing club v and tennis courts are an easy 5-minute walk away. The ferry from McKell Park almost across the road is a picturesque way to commute into the city, heading to Circular Quay for an afternoon at the Museum of Contemporary Art then sunset drinks at the Opera Bar.

- You're conveniently located for some of Sydney's best beaches. Bondi Beach is a 15 minutes drive away. Camp Cove is a 20-minute drive away and all the little beaches between Neilson Park and Rose Bay harbour are great to explore on a sunny day.
- If you love sailing, join a twilight sail from CYC, or take some sailing lessons from Pacific Sailing at Rushcutters Bay. There are lots of other water activities (Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Scuba Diving and Surfing) available in several harbour locations.
