I was a bit nervous for the stay here after seeing some of the past reviews. But i must say I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean with a fairly modern setup and the staff were friendly.

In our room there was a card telling us about the hotel. On the card it told us about charging stations at our bedside. Neither side worked. When we walked into the room we noticed that the tv was on. There’s no cable just Bell satellite. This didn’t work either. The tv remote control was missing. We found charging stations behind the tv. These didn’t work either.

Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds and linens. Only complaint would be the room could use more lighting. As there is only one small lamp and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was very humid and wet.

The building is dilapidated graffiti all over it. The structure is horrible The plumbing doesn’t work properly. The sinks don’t drain the air conditioning drips all over the floor I had wanted five days there we could barely do one. I do not like giving bad reviews, but it has to be told how this place is it should be condemned. The staff were very helpful and courteous with what they had to work with.

Les draps étaient tachés et la salle de bain était pas très propres. Il n’y avait pas de ventilation et cela a engendré de l’humidité et une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Il y avait un trou dans le mur et la peinture était gondollé. De plus le petit déjeuner n’était pas inclut. Il y avait un restaurant qui offrait le petit déjeuner et celui-ci n’était pas très bon.

I booked the hotel for my son, check in was great, once he got to his room he found that none of the lamps worked and multiple electrical outlets didn’t work. He went and complained at the front desk and they sent a maintenance person up to the room who was unable to fix anything. Never at any point was he offered to be moved to another room. The room also had numerous bugs in it which her took pictures of and sent to me along with pictures and videos of the things not working in the room. Reached out to Expedia about the issues we were having and they were trying to get us a refund. We were advised that if he didn’t feel safe there do to the bugs that we should try and find other accommodations, unfortunately we couldn’t find another room anywheres until the next day so he had to stay there that night and left the next day. He checked out the next day and are now out 3 nights out of the 4 nights that he was booked there. Not happy with the service he received and feel that this warrants a refund of at least the 3 out of the 4 days. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will never book a stay with them ever again. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this place doesn’t deserve a good one.

Not working equipment, no tech plug ins, worst bed I’ve slept on EVER, the Flinstones called and the town of bedrock wants their bed back. HORRID. The restaurant was closed for a private function ( not the issue) and it was DEAFENING. I e stayed in places all over the world and this was by far the worst place I’ve stayed.
