Large, spacious and clean room. Great service from the staff at the concierge. Excellent location, dead centre in the shopping area, easy access to anywhere via Townhall and St James train stations. Only peeve is carrying our luggage up the short stairs to elevators to the rooms.

Great central location, quirky decor that sets it apart from your average hotel - especially if you travel regularly. The team were excellent. Friendly, charming, helpful and human - which makes all the difference. Break away from chain hotel blandness and enjoy this hotels charms. Also - room service food was quick, well presented, very tasty and delivered with a smile - in a box, rather than an unruly tray. Well done - brillant stay - loved it!
