- Quiet time after 10 p.m. Any noise does resonate with the apartments upstairs.
- No parties or events.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Maximum apartment capacity is 2 people.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
- No pets allowed.
- Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Please close the windows and lock the door.
- Sign out of any personal Chromecast apps, such as Netflix.
- Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages
exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
- Rinse the dishes and leave it the sink.
- Garbage collection is Wednesday. If you are in the apartment on Tuesday night, kindly put your garbage in the council bins (Red is general rubbish, Yellow is recycle)
- No smoking inside the Airbnb.

House Rules for pet owner
- Please advice details of any pets staying. Eg; Number of pets, breed & size
- Pets must have current vaccination and must be free of fleas.
- Please bring a brush to keep your dog free of extra hair that can float into incredible places!
- Pets are allowed in the house in the living areas only.
- Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any of the furniture.
- Do not leave dogs or cats alone when you go out. Please take them with you.
- Do not leave your dogs barking incessantly or terrorizing neighbors
- Kindly carefully clean up your dog's or cat's droppings in the yard.
- Please wash or brush sand off your pets before they enter the apartment.
- Cats must always be attended outdoors and must wear a bell collar at those times.
- Cats must not be allowed outdoors during the night.
