Not what I expected

I stayed at this property with my family for new years, the entire property smelt of urine or something close to it when we entered! Also the property said no pets allowed so it took me by surprise when the house was covered in pet smell. I have a newborn and I’m allergic to cats so it was a very unpleasant experience for me. It would have been helpful if they mentioned a pet usually resides there so I would have made an informed booking decision. Also the cat was outside the house throughout our stay! and . The towels were extremely tough on the skin. It would have been the perfect property for us if it was been looked after properly.

Absolutely amazing!

This was an amazing experience. We had to book a long-term stay for a group of employees and this place was a fabulous find. There was a huge amount of space for the group, including multiple living spaces. Everything was very well maintained and in working order. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances we could need and the outdoor area with pizza oven was a great addition. Everything is well thought out for comfort and style. The service is beyond anything we have experienced. The host, Erika, is incredibly easy to work with and was so flexible with us. We had some delays due to Covid and she kindly accommodated for this. Additionally, she happily extended our stay multiple times, She sourced a cleaning company for us and the house was always well maintained. I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful service we received. Thanks so much Erika!!
