Great view ….

My husband and I …. In our 80’s from Canada expected an easier check in ….. maybe our age. We liked the apartment but there was only 1 drinking glass. Fridge was iced up and needed defrosting. Called customer service and they said they would look after it and send cleaners as I did mention that the kitchen was not as clean as we would expect. Cleaner came next afternoon and was surprised by the fridge. Did not bring extra glasses. We called customer service three times and not one had read up on the other report. We never got glasses. The bathroom grout was terrible. The floor was disgusting in the bathroom. Needs cleaning or regrouting. At the price we payed we expected the kitchen and bathroom to be clean.

Great location but needs work

This property is in a great location with view of the ocean. It needs a small amount of money spent on maintenance starting with replacing the grotty mouldy shower curtain and fixing the kitchen drawers. Door lock also needs some attention.

Construction works happening all around the apartment.

We were woken each morning at 7am by drilling and hammering as well as trades people, whistles, machinery etc... 1 side of the building entry is closed for the safety of tenants while high rised buildings are constructed. Disappointing that 'madecomfy' were uninterested and dismissive when I complained!!!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay, very clean property, great ocean views (even with the rain) only problem none of the lamps worked with no spare bulbs. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean comfortable stay at a good price!!
