Summary:
This beautfilly furnished and spacious apartment has plenty of room for you to relax, stretch out and enjoy your break away whilst still being near to close transport links into the heart of Sydney and beyond. Located in Rosebery, a beautiful and tranquil suburb between the Airport and the City Centre, it's a great location to base yourself for exploring everything Sydney has to offer. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms and a free, underground parking space.
The Space:
You'll feel special in this apartment; it's everything a smart and trendy holiday apartment should be. It's spacious with plenty of room to move around, comfortable, bright, tastefully furnished and alluring. Sumptuous queen beds await guests in both bedrooms making this apartment best suited to adults only. The larger, master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, the same as the main bathroom. For two sets of couples that want their own bedrooms and bathrooms, it is ideal.
The kitchen is thoughtfully kitted out to ensure your home away from home has everything you need for whipping up any meals you may like to make. There is a Nesresso-compatible coffee machine for you to use and all the usual amenities including dishwasher, microwave, stove top, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle.
Located on level 3 of this modern development, you have calm views over the gardens surrounding the building. The building has a communal rooftop barbeque and eating area which can be used by guests but needs to be booked in advance by us to ensure it is free for your use. It's beautiful up there, and we highly recommend that guests check it out, even if not for dining. It can be a peaceful escape from your crowd for a moment to read the news with your morning cup of coffee.
Included with the apartment is one basement allocated parking space which is free for guests to use.
Both beds come with fitted sheets, four pillows with pillow cases and a larger king size doona with a cover. An optional flat sheet (which some guests like to use in warmer months as a top sheet) is available in the bedroom also. Two bath towels are provided per guest. As you would hope, all bedding is thoroughly washed between each guest stay.
Please note if your stay is to include the nights of Christmas or New Year's Eve a 3 night minimum stay is required.

The Neighborhood:
Rosebery, also known as Yulungra, is an awesome suburb located in the eastern part of Sydney, New South Wales. With a population of over 8,000 people, it is a bustling and vibrant community. Rosebery is known for its diverse population, with people from various ethnic backgrounds calling it home.
When it comes to getting around, Rosebery offers a range of transportation options. You can hop on buses, trains, or even cycle around the area. It’s also close to the Sydney Airport, so there are plenty of travel opportunities for all you adventure junkies out there. The suburb is surrounded by other cool places like Beaconsfield, Mascot, Alexandria, and Botany.
Conveniently located relative to Sydney city, Rosebery is a fairly compact suburb where the old and new collide, and which has a lot of pretty cool stuff packed in to a relatively small space. Its southern portion is a pleasant mix of older low-level homes, local stores and leafy streets, while its northern slice is an extreme example of rapid, high-density urban development.
While it may be tempting to compare it to other suburbs in similar phases of development, Rosebery has far more character and communal atmosphere than most of these, with some other unique offerings that help it stand out.
Getting Around:
The apartment comes with one allocated parking space, but should you wish to access public transport, there is a bus stop located just around the corner on Rothschild Avenue, which has a direct link on the 343 bus to Central Station in the heart of the city centre. Trains can be caught from here to the north of the city, up the coast, or towards the Blue Mountains and beyond. If you search online for "NSW trip planner" the government trip planner website will appear as your top search option and this allows you to enter your start and end points and it will provide all the transport options in between; we highly recommend guests try it as the public transport around Sydney is not only efficient, but cheap, fast and helps you see more of the city.
Other Things to Note:
All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels are included for 4 people along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days. After this, your needs can be met at the local supermarket.
All bookings are assumed to be four people sharing beds only. The sofa must not be used as a bed please.
Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment. We know guests are just as keen as we are to get 5 star reviews so we share information about how to make sure that happens but don't worry, there isn't a long chore list like some places. It's just some basic common sense things that we're sure you'll have done at other properties.
