Friendly staff. Clean room, thankful for the ear plugs but I did enjoy the stay. Comfy beds, nice towels and had a really good hot shower. Best stay in a pub I have had in a while. Very handy location too.

Ok, so this place is for the traveller that needs to be central cbd and happy to use communual amenities. Amenities designed for single use. Rooms alittle noisy from pub downstairs, but price compensates this, and personally it adds to the charm of the rooms. You run your own race in this place, fellow patrons seldom scene or heard.

Basic pub room with shared bathrooms and toilets. The bed was very comfy. I could hear the noise from outside but it didn't impact my sleep . Well worth it for the price & location.

The staff were excellent and very understanding. They were happy to move me from the second floor to the first floor as I was on crutches. It is a 5 minute walk to the Metro Theatre and there are various places to eat nearby.

GREAT LOCATION!! The only down side is the noise but they do provide ear plugs so its manageable and it does get really hot and stuffy in the room with only the fans (I came end of Feb in 25°). But overall those downs sides can't beat the great location.
