In our family for 50 years and recently restored, this gorgeous home provides a beautiful mix of 1940's nostalgia and contemporary living. The large backyard is perfect for relaxation and entertaining, featuring a oversized swimming pool, outdoor lounge area, and a convertible coffee/dining table that comfortably seats seven people. The outdoor space is well-equipped with a gas BBQ and 'pool bathroom' (toilet and shower).

We welcome well behaved four legged friends! The property features a fully fenced backyard and is adjacent to an off-leash dog park, making it easy for your pet to get plenty of exercise. enjoy their stay and maybe meet a few locals of their own kind.

**Guest access:**
The entire home is available for guest use, with the exception of the garage. Driveway parking is available for 1 car. Free on-street parking is also available.
